1966 21 Window Microbus

1966 21 Window Walkthru Deluxe Microbus, Clean Mild Custom Driver
Here's a presentable and enjoyable California 21 Window Walkthru that you can have some fun with and would be a good candidate for a restoration down the line.
Some of the many features include the desirable factory Walkthru seating, safari windows, Westfalia style roof rack, aftermarket air conditioning system, modern radio that fits in the factory radio opening, chromed bumpers, and a good running 1600 dual port engine, too.
The body is in presentable condition with an older paint job that still looks OK for a driver. There are some chips, scratches, and imperfections but it still looks nice overall. There is a small bit of rust bubbling at the tip of the V on the lower nose, the rockers were reskinned prior to the repaint, and the belly pans were replaced with aftermarket long ago, too. The front floor is nice, super solid and the rear floor and undercarriage are above average, clean, and dry, too.
The interior is custom, clean, functional, and is fine to enjoy as it is. Depending upon your personal tastes, it could be restored to original down the line if you eventually restore the Bus. Details to note include a nice uncut dash with an aftermarket digital radio that didn't harm the original radio opening, original Deluxe dash clock, and correct Deluxe jailbars in the rear windows as well.
Mechanically the Bus is a driver with a good running and clean 1600 dual port engine with a big carb, freshly rebuilt stock reduction box transaxle, factory sway bar on the front beam, 12 volt electrical system, and radial white stripe tires with good tread mounted on a set of stock 14 inch Bus wheels. Thanks!
